Access, copies, corrections and other privacy requests for janeSoSmart.

Use this form for your janeSoSmart app account: request a copy of your personal information, correct it, ask about privacy choices, or request review of a previous response.

For deletion, use the dedicated account deletion form.

What to expect

  1. Use the email associated with your Jane account. Do not include your private invitation link.
  2. When the service is connected, you receive a request reference. We verify ownership before accessing or disclosing account information.
  3. We review the request and explain the outcome, any applicable exception, and how to request a review. Copies must be delivered securely to the verified account holder.

A data copy can include your account information, saved preferences, gardens and drafts, and other personal data we actually hold. It excludes passwords, private tokens and other people’s information. A request does not change your tier or delete your gardens.

The contact service and info@janesosmart.com mailbox are being prepared. You can review a request here; it will not be sent until the service is connected. Current testers can contact their inviter.

For app problems, include your device, browser and Jane tier. Never include passwords, payment details or private invitation links.

We use these details to handle your request, as explained in our Privacy Policy. This does not sign you up for marketing.
